The perks of being a Unity by Hard Rock rewards member are beginning to take shape, as the gambling and entertainment company is teaming up with Royal Caribbean for an exclusive vacation experience.
Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming are partnering with the Royal Caribbean Group’s brands, Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, for an all-new leisure package only available to rewards and employees of the two South Florida companies.
Jeff Hook, executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Seminole Hard Rock Services, expressed excitement about this “no limits” partnership.
“Whether extending their cruise vacation at one of our port-adjacent properties, visiting one of the participating Hard Rock Hotel and Cafe locations worldwide or enjoying the cruise lines’ ships sailing around the world, travelers will have new ways to enjoy the best of what Hard Rock, Seminole Casinos and Royal Caribbean and Celebrity have to offer.”
Unity by Hard Rock rewards program expands into open waters
The partnership promises reciprocal benefits for enrolled in the brands’ rewards programs — Unity by Hard Rock, Royal Caribbean’s Club Royale and Celebrity Cruises’ Blue Chip Club.
The Unity program mobile sportsbook, or Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City can earn Unity credits and rewards.
Unity is used by almost all of Hard Rock’s casino properties, including its flagship gambling parlors in Las Vegas (The Mirage) and South Florida (Hollywood and Tampa).
Details of partnership between Hard Rock, Royal Caribbean
Among the benefits outlined in the partnership:
- Unity by Hard Rock loyalty can access discounts on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity vacations, qualify for exclusive cruise giveaways, and top-tier may receive complimentary cruises annually on select ships.
- Club Royale and Blue Chip Club gain exclusive discounts and perks at participating Hard Rock locations, including complimentary trips at select Hard Rock hotels and casinos worldwide for tier .
Jesse Hopfinger, senior vice president of onboard revenue at Royal Caribbean International, emphasized the synergies between the brands, highlighting the expanded vacation experiences for guests, according to a press release.
“This partnership expands the ways our guests can enjoy their vacations and experience entertainment, dining and gaming from ship to shore. We are also excited to welcome Hard Rock fans to make memories with us on amazing vacations that serve up everything they could want and more while visiting beautiful destinations around the world, including our award-winning private island — Perfect Day at CocoCay — in The Bahamas.”
