new app launch

Fanatics is pressing further into the online casino market by launching a standalone app across four states, including New Jersey. At the same time, it is allowing s to access a web version of the casino, which was previously only available as part of a hybrid casino-sportsbook app. That option is limited to New Jersey and West Virginia for now, though it’s coming to other states soon.

Most other major iGaming operators have standalone online casino apps. That had been a goal for Fanatics since entering the Garden State a year ago. In the early years of iGaming, hybrid apps were the name of the game. However, operators have found that not all casino s are interested in sports betting, and those that aren’t prefer the advantages that a standalone app can offer, like a streamlined interface and more games with a smaller size.

The platform offers modern casino games, including slots, blackjack, roulette, progressive jackpots and video poker. Fanatics’ goal is deliver an authentic casino-like experience online.

The operator is celebrating the launch by giving away $2 million worth of FanCash credit, usable for free play. Customers only need to wager at least $10 on their favorite casino games for the chance to win a portion of the prize pool.

That $2 million will be distributed in eight weekly installments. Every Thursday in May and June, Fanatics will draw winners from among the eligible players and distribute $250,000 in FanCash between their s. Each week, one winner will take home the top prize of $25,000 in FanCash.

Exciting features on Fanatics’ new iGaming app

Fanatics has transitioned seamlessly into the online gambling market. As a sports collectibles and apparel company, its natural entry to the space was as a sportsbook. However, since beginning its foray into online casino gaming, it has quickly emerged as one of the fastest-growing operators, and shows no signs of slowing down.

Launching a new app is evidence of that. The operator is offering 500 free spins to first-time players on the Cash Eruption slot over 10 days when wagering $10. Some of the other key highlights include:

  • Unlock the world of FanCash: When you play with Fanatics Casino, players can earn FanCash on every spin, hand or roll, win or lose. Flip your FanCash into Casino Credit, Bonus Bets, exclusive apparel and so much more.
  • Daily Free Spin: Play the exclusive Fanatics Casino Spin to Win game every day for a chance to win Casino Credit, Free Spins, merch and more.
  • Live Dealer Action: Engage with professional dealers in real-time through our live casino feature. Experience the excitement of live blackjack, roulette and baccarat, all from the comfort of your home.
  • 24/7 : A dedicated customer team is available around the clock to assist with any inquiries or issues, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience.

Mixes in-house content with important manufacturer partnerships

The operator highlighted in its press release that it provides “exclusive content developed in-house by Fanatics Game Studios.” Some of those titles include Fanatics Fire Roulette, Fanatics Blackjack and Fanatics Multi-hand Blackjack games.

In addition, it has partnered with well-known game manufacturers to balance out its offerings. Some of the partnerships include:

  • White Hat Studios
  • Light & Wonder
  • IGT PlayDigital
  • Wazdan

Having its own array of games, along with key partnerships, gives customers hundreds of exciting slots to try. Some of the most popular include:

  • Dancing Drums Explosion
  • Fortune Coin
  • Almighty Buffalo
  • 9 Coins: Grand Gold Edition

Fanatics finished 10th out of 28 online casino operators in March, producing $5.3 million in revenue. It was only roughly $300,000 behind Bally’s.

Fanatics sees room for more growth, and believes a standalone online casino app and web version is going it help it grow.
